Love it it... I get my items immediately and the return process is friendly. Never have a problem returning an item. If I do not get a package, I've never had a problem getting a refund. Amazon is Stress-Free. Love the diversity and choices and recommendations. Love me Amazon. What is there not to like.

I use Amazon all the time - LOVE IT! I just don't like when I pay for same day delivery and get notices that the item is undeliverable because they can't find the address. This is a 40 year old house in the middle of an established neighborhood (not gated). I'm not sure why that has happened 2-3 times lately. It never happened in the past. It makes me feel unsure if I can count on same-day delivery of items I definitely need to get that day.
