I spent WAY too much time this afternoon, just trying to find out what kind of air pump I should buy in order to fill the two Ozark Trail twin mattresses that I bought from Walmart. But none of the Walmart people that I spoke with could or would help me unless I had the numbers they required from me, such as order #, etc. All I needed was the name of a person at Ozark Trail who could tell me what air pump to go buy, but they all wanted numbers I didn't have here with me. They did not even make an offer to give me phone numbers for others who might help me find the information. It was as if they did not care a whit if I got the mattresses filled for my grand-daughters or not. The mattresses are in a box with no information about how to reach the Ozark Trail Company, but with very clear warnings about how opening the box (where the instructions probably reside) would prevent my returning the mattresses for a refund. My time and energy trying to get help from every Walmart employee that I spoke with was a waste. I think Walmart should be ashamed of this system that prevents a customer who has already made a purchase in good faith is not given any help in learning how to use the purchased item. Judith Wood
